Step 1: Open Google Meet
1. **Go to Google Meet**: Open your web browser and go to Google Meet.

Step 2: Start or Join a Meeting

- Alternatively, click on the three dots (More options) at the bottom right corner of the video preview and select "Change background".
2. **During the Meeting**: If you're already in the meeting, click on the three dots (More options) at the bottom right corner of the screen and select "Change background".
Step 4: Choose a Background
1. **Blur Background**: You have the option to slightly blur your background or apply a stronger blur. These options are usually the first two icons.
2. **Pre-Loaded Backgrounds**: Scroll through the pre-loaded virtual backgrounds provided by Google Meet and select one by clicking on it.
3. **Upload a Custom Background**: To use your own image, click on the "+" button to upload an image from your computer. Select the image you want to use and it will be applied as your virtual background.
Step 5: Adjust and Apply
1. **Preview**: Preview your selected background in the video preview window.
2. **Apply**: Once satisfied with your selection, simply close the background settings window, and your virtual background will be applied automatically.
